The sweater fastens at the back.           Click for englarged photo Click for enlarged photo The doll on the left is wearing another pattern - a ruffled skirt, while the doll on the right is wearing a tennis skirt with attached pants.

The rolled-neck sweater at right could be knit without the  soft neckband.  The sweater has set-in sleeves and fastens at the back.  Another pattern, the nightcap, was knit with the same yarn to serve as a set, but could be matched with any of the other outfits in the book.
